Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for Nihuli, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Nihuli provides management tools for tradespeople, including: client management, job tracking, clock-in/clock-out, payment requests and internal payment records, payment tracking, maaser tracking, Excel data export, and payment-reminder drafts made from fixed templates. The service is currently in free beta.

Nihuli does not issue tax invoices, tax invoice/receipts or receipts. The documents it creates are payment requests and internal records, and are labelled that way. Official tax invoices and receipts (including a Tax Authority allocation number where required) must be issued in suitable accounting software.

3. Data Ownership

All data you enter belongs to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, for issuing official tax documents in the right software, and for compliance with tax and consumer-protection law. Amounts, VAT figures, tax estimates and maaser calculations in Nihuli are for help and planning only and are not tax or halachic advice.

4. Reminders and Messages

Nihuli prepares reminder drafts from fixed templates. It never sends a message by itself: the draft opens in your WhatsApp and is sent only when you tap send. You are responsible for the messages you send.

5. Pricing Plan

During the beta period, the service is fully free. Planned after beta: a free plan with up to 5 jobs per month, and a Pro plan at 39 NIS/month with unlimited jobs, payment reminders and deferred-payment tracking. Prices and features may change, and beta users will be told in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." Nihuli is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service, including data loss or loss of income. We recommend regularly backing up your data via Excel export.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete all your business data at any time from Settings → "Delete all my data". To delete the login account itself, email support@nihuli.com.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
