1. Who We Are
Nihuli is a CRM and operations management app for tradespeople in Israel. The product helps manage clients, jobs, hours, expenses, payment requests, and payment records. Contact us at: support@nihuli.com
2. What Data We Store
We store the data you enter into the system, including:
- Client details: name, phone, address, notes
- Job records: date, time, duration, status
- Work hours: clock-in and clock-out times, actual and billed minutes
- Expenses: description and amount
- Payment requests and internal payment records: number, line items, totals, payment status
- Payment records: payment method, amount, payment date
- Business settings: business name, hourly rate, working hours, billing details
3. Data Ownership
Your data belongs to you. We do not sell it or transfer it to third parties for marketing.
Every record (clients, jobs, payment requests, expenses, settings, maaser payments) is stored with server-side access rules: only the user who created it can read, change or delete it. Another user cannot reach it, including through a direct link.
Intentional exceptions: (1) your public page (if you set a page link) is visible to anyone and shows your business name, phone, email, address, bio, services and prices, and reviews you recorded (client first name only). (2) Nihuli operators with admin rights and the hosting platform can access data for support and operations.
4. Payment Reminders (no AI)
Nihuli currently does not use artificial intelligence and does not send your data to any AI service. Reminder drafts are built on your device from fixed templates, using the client's name, the request number, the amount and your payment details. Nothing is sent automatically: the draft opens in your WhatsApp and is sent only when you tap send.
5. Deleting Your Account and Data
In Settings → "Delete all my data" you immediately and permanently delete all your business data: clients, jobs, payment requests, expenses, maaser payments, settings and your public page. It cannot be recovered afterwards, so export to Excel first. To delete the login account itself (your email), send a request to support@nihuli.com.
6. Data Security
Nihuli runs on the Base44 platform. According to Base44, data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), and the platform holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. Access between users is enforced on the server, as described in section 3.
7. Jurisdiction
This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
